The majority of this unit is made of stainless steel and it offers wide space for housing the polishing motor allowing the technician free movement. The lighting is supplied by a fluorescent tube (18W) and there is a large drawer for the brushes. The top part of the unit opens up making the access to the suction motor (800W) and the filters easier. The motor is protected by a supplementary filter with a surface area of 3654cm2. The motor has an average life of approximately 2500 hours, and doesn’t need the brushes replaced.
The filter bags have a filtering area of 1500cm2. The suction unit can be supplied in two different versions: type E07/C (with polishing motor) – type E07/S (without polishing motor). The polishing motor has a power of 350W and two speeds: 2800 and 1400 r.p.m.
E07 can be supplied:
A. on a bench for working whilst standing (height of the work top 104,5cm),
B. on a base to work seated (height of the work top cm 79,5 or 89,5).
Noise: 66dBA.
May be required suitable for centralized extraction.
Switching on is activated by the valves at the splash guards which are connected to two electrical release switches of the centralized suction unit. You have to use a pipe with diameter of 7,5cm and the header RTB0394.
